AIMS AND OBJECTIVES

The aims and objectives of the RAAFVVA accord closely to those of the VVAA and are stated in the RAAFVVA Constitution as:

To assist the State and National bodies of the Vietnam Veterans Association of Australia to meet their objectives in accordance with their respective constitutions.
To provide direct welfare support and assistance to the members of the Association and other veterans as appropriate.
To maintain the traditions and sentiments of Anzac Day and Vietnam Veterans Day by organising and encouraging Association members to attend the marches, services, and other functions held on those days.
To provide the link between individual members of the Association and the various veterans support organisations.
To promote goodwill and camaraderie between members of all Vietnam Veteran organisations.
To plan and organise social functions and reunions.
