WELFARE ACTIVITIES

The RAAFVVA has no paid employees and exists on the goodwill of the veteran community and the efforts of volunteer workers. Welfare activities provided by the RAAFVVA in conjunction with other Vietnam Veteran organisation include:

Emergency accommodation
Vietnam Veterans Counselling Service
Education Assistance Schemes
Lifestyle Management Courses
Assistance in preparation and processing of disability claims
Advocacy services (for appearances during pension or other compensation appeals processes)
Welfare and Pension Officer training
